Headliner Limited Warranty

Headliner products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Warranty Periods

• Mixers: 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Cases, Stands, Furniture, Accessories, and all other Headliner product categories: 1-Year Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase from an authorized Headliner dealer or retailer.

What This Warranty Covers

If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the applicable warranty period, Headliner will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge for parts or labor.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Accidents, dropping, or impact damage
• Improper installation or improper use
• Overloading or use outside of intended product specifications
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

Regional Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased from an authorized Headliner dealer or retailer. Warranty service must be obtained within that same country. Products purchased in one country and used or transported to another may not be eligible for warranty service outside the country of original purchase.

Liability Disclaimer (Cases and Stands)

Headliner cases and stands are designed to help protect and support equipment during transport, storage, or use but cannot guarantee protection from damage. Headliner is not responsible for damage to equipment or other items used with or stored inside Headliner products, including damage caused by dropping, strap or handle failure, improper use, overloading, or other external factors. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Headliner product itself.

Limitation of Liability

Headliner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any Headliner product. The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact the authorized dealer where the product was purchased or contact Headliner customer support. Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

Headliner may require the product to be returned for inspection before warranty service is approved. Shipping costs may apply.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
